Ingredients:
2 boiled and mashed Potatoes
2 cups boiled vegetables ( french beans, green peas, corn, carrots, cauliflower )
1 tsp Ginger Chilli Paste
Coriander Leaves
Salt
1/4 tsp Garam Masala
Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Cornflour
For Corn Flour Paste:
3 tbsp Cornflour
Salt
Water
Toasted Bread Crumbs
For Coleslaw:
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 grated Carrot
1 Onion ( Cut Length Wise)
Mustard Sauce
Pepper
Salt
Burger Bun
Butter
Cheese Slice
Ketchup
Lettuce Leaf
Cucumber Slice
Tomato Slice
Method:
- Take mashed potatoes, boiled vegetables, ginger chilli paste, coriander leaves, salt, garam masala, lemon juice, corn flour and mix everything well to make the dough.
- Make a thick patty by applying oil on hands and making a big ball after taking a big portion of the dough and flattening it out.
- In a bowl take corn flour, salt and water and make a poring consistency of the batter
- Dip the patties in the cornflour paste and roll them on bread crumbs all around the patties.
- Deep fry the patties on both the sides till golden brown, in hot oil.
- Add grated carrots, onions, mustard sauce, pepper, salt to mayonnaise and mix everything well.
- Cut the burger bun into two halves and apply butter to it.
- Heat the buns and add the patties to warm as well
- Flip the patties and put a cheese slice on it and cover it with a bowl and let the cheese melt a bit.
- Apply ketchup on the breads, add lettuce leaf, cucumber slices, tomato slice, sprinkle some salt and pepper.
- Put the patty on it and a dollop of coleslaw and the burger is ready to be served.
